You can try to delete local data first BUT PLEASE MAKE SURE that YOUR ACCOUNT IS PORTABLE!! (That means you can login with either Facebook or game account with username / password.)Originally Posted by Bob Driskell

I just had to factory reset my phone because of this issue... Support useless
