Yes, there's that possibility of "translation" error happening.

However, it does seem from past experience that for this type of events, the word "can" does mean "will" get.

Tap should even the more legal sounding word "shall" get

Yeah, I agree with you on this. And this was not the only event that distracted people from using their hard earned credits.
Let's remember Zagoev evemt and time limited DNA's...@#!

Thankz to you clearing this out I used 200 fragments saved to acquire 4 R7's from which two are with shields. force jumped considerably.
