Yeah a player I know had one free DNA from monopoly event and had to go and open 16 chests, so spending about 30k for second DNA. But he replaced how Caroline (+12) now with Richard (+8, and waiting for 100% augmentation success event) but is winning more then before...

Yep, same situation here, but since I am still lacking Rick I’ll keep sparing for him and get 2nd chip of Richard later.
If it was less expensive now I could risk go right away for him and wait longer for Rick, but imo Rick price won’t fall as fast as Richard will. Rick is still the Must have commander nowadays even after this 2nd tier of s6

Ouch.
I'd be pissed.
But you do have now a great fleet. Similar to the one I'm looking for (not counting on new commander releases).
Though I'm not a fan of Raksha (despite I acknowledge his utility), so probably I'll go for other commander instead of him. But Caro, Rick and Richard are my goals now.

I think only few commanders are worth a high invest but Richard is one of them. Hard to kill and nearly 90% chance to somehow disable a commander.

Well I did try during the +10% success hence moved to +9 at 100% but then to +10 (at 95% success) it failed (DAMN) but then I figured it won't fail again a pushed it to +12 (yes daring I know) and today on event I pushed Richard to +13 (100% success) as I bought the missing cores/crystals (did get a 50x pack on cores at 90%).

Question would you undo Caroline (from +13 to +12) and Raksha (from +13 to +12) to actually dump Richard to +15? This is something I am thinking to do if it would be wise? Since Future is only +12 and no resources left to bump to +13 I figured maybe it is better to fully bump up Richard?
