Commanders' 'hidden' statistics

Howdy folks,

I've only recently notice all the extra statistics for every commander when you scroll down to the bottom in any stats viewing screens. I get the obvious ATK and S-ATK, etc. but True Damage, BL ACC-RE, CT ACC-RE?! They may or may not play a significant role but I'd still want to know what effects they have. Is there a FAQ I don't know about? Thanks in advance.
