    Damage UP and Down bonuses

    Does anyone know how they actually work? Any formulas?
    I would believe Z3nithor is the man to ask?

    As i understood Damage Up is applied in case of normal attacks to the damage computed according to classic formulas, and the result is corrected with Damage down modifier of the defender.

    S-Damage up and S-Damage down modifiers are applied in the same way to computed special attack damage

    So it should be:

    EffectiveDamageŚ(1+DamageUpAttacker)/(1+DamageDownDefender)=DamageDealtToTheTarget

    It's a little tough to characterize exactly... When I was determining how Ursa's buff worked, I created a spreadsheet with which to log damage vs primus as a function of Ursa's attributes (including dmg up). I haven't revisited it since November, and didn't do any testing with opponent damage-down modifiers. I tried a few different formula and settled on one that gets the damage to within 2,000 of the observed number.

    From that brief experiment, I concluded that both damage and s-damage modifiers apply to S-ATKs.

    Wow..that's a lot of data. Thank you for replying!
    To make a long story short... do you think it's worth it to go R7 for the STATS? Or should one stay R6 for the bonuses?
    Knowing that the energy needed to max 1 r7 is almost enough to max 3 r6.
    And those level bonuses seem to ramp up pretty nicely.

    That's exactly what about i'm thinking too since Black market sells R7 for 1k credits^^
