Krill to me is average. The issue is the commander he is attached to sucks. I'm thinking of moving him from Stratus and give him to someone else. Stratus +7 dies too quickly or gets destroyed in 2 hits where it isn't quite down to 40% so Krill rarely ever triggers. Since I have Raksha, I might move Krill to him and just give Stratus whatever I have left, maybe a Paccar +whatever. Now I have to consider Azrael +5 - do I dump Alfred +6 or Stratus +7? Tough decision that would be easier if he was +6.
