is it worth buying S4 commanders at such high price now that S5 commanders are out?

I think that everybody needs to decide for himself if it's worth or not

We have seen commanders go from OP to OOP
I think i will wait for an S6 commander, probably come out next month

Stratus is one of those rare bread commanders that unless they cook-up a direct replacement doing the same thing and having an added bonus ... he is simply too good to replace.
Remember ol' Bones? They had to cook up Incendios with the same attack + way more power in order to make him out of use, and even then Ol' Bones was half decent.

That's the reason why i don't advice against or for a commander, Stratos is the best non CtC striker, i agree on that, but at the speed they are releasing new OP commanders it has become hazardous to advice on buying commanders, as it is possible that they release a better Stratus in next event
I have worked with Brom for a long time and he was the best until Incendos was created, but i often wonder if we can still compare that period with the present
To me it looks like we evolved from that period where it took about a year to replace a commander into a period of hyperspeed releases, what is OP today can be obsolete tomorrow

Well you know that at some point every commander will be replaced ... if you fear that you might end-up playing only with Lepton commanders
