Yes I find the Hp one the most valuable out of the three followed by def and then sdef - I like the Hp increase more than the other 2 stats which value adds to the survivability of ur fleets.

I asked Tap the exact same question and the response is that the Lance featured in Iron Wall looks like him, has his sattack but does not behave like him when it comes to accumulator charging so yes...
